Start Here: map out your opportunities
Put in your business and see the partners already in your market, what they could add up to, and a plan you can start this week. It takes about three minutes.
Start Here →Dear business owner,
Imagine the businesses your customers already trust sending you warm introductions every week.
Imagine paying for a new customer only after the deal closes, never before.
Imagine your assistant or office manager running the whole thing from a one-page routine, while you do the work you're good at.
That's a revenue partnership channel. And almost every business is sitting on one without knowing it.
But before I show you how it works…
Here's the problem with buying leads
You pay for a lead before you know if it will ever buy. Ads get more expensive every year. Lists go cold. And the moment you stop paying, the flow stops.
You're renting attention. You never own it.
Meanwhile, there are businesses in your market talking to your buyer every single day. They already have the trust you're paying to borrow.
The one question that changes everything
Jay Abraham built a career on partnerships by asking one question:
Who does your customer buy from before, during, after, or instead of buying from you?
Every answer is a business that already has your buyer's trust. Most of them would happily send you business if someone asked the right way, and paid them when it closed.
So why isn't everyone doing this? Because of three beliefs that point owners the wrong way:
- "Referrals just happen." They don't. Without a system, they're luck. Luck doesn't pay the bills in a slow month.
- "Partnerships are for big companies." A roofer and an insurance agent is a partnership. So is a dentist and a local gym.
- "I'd have to pay up front." You don't. Partners earn a commission after the deal closes, from a warm prospect they sent you.
The new way: a partner channel you own
Instead of renting leads, you build relationships with the businesses that already have your customers. There are a handful of partner families in almost every market:
- Power Partners. The business hired right before or right after you, trades on the same project, accountants, lenders, even competitors who are full.
- Access Partners. Associations, chambers, community owners and event organizers whose members are your buyers.
- Affiliates, creators and media. Happy customers, reviewers, newsletters, podcasts and local creators whose audiences act on their picks.
- Co-promotion and channel partners. Complementary experts, agencies, implementers and software your buyer already uses.
- House partners. Your own past customers and old proposals. They cost nothing and nobody else has them.
Then you run the same five steps with each one:
- List them. Name real businesses across your best partner types.
- Research each one. What they sell, who they sell to, and one real fact you can mention.
- Send a short, specific message. Name them, name their customer, and ask one easy question.
- Have the conversation. Find out what their customers need that you do well.
- Make it a win for both sides. Simple terms, one campaign to start, commission paid fast, then repeat.
Five partners each sending a few customers a month is a second sales team with no salaries.

Why listen to me?
I taught this approach to 300 agency owners ten years ago. Recently I was asked to speak about it again at an AI Summit, this time with the automation that makes it run faster than ever.
The principles didn't change. People still buy from people they trust. What changed is how fast you can now find the right partners, research them and start the conversation.
Here's everything you get, free
- A live market-mapping call. We map your market with you: the partner types that fit your business and the real partners to go after first.
- Your messaging. The first messages to send, written for your partners, ready to go.
- SOPs for your team. A weekly routine your assistant, office manager or marketing manager can run without you.
- Your 7- to 14-day kickstart plan. Exactly what to do first to get your first partner conversations going.
- Your first 30-day strategy. Who to approach, what to offer them, and how they get paid.
- Your lead list. The real partners in your market to contact first.
- The Skool community. Free coaching, training, resources and support.
- The Partner Plan app. Build your plan yourself any time: starter messaging sequences, the strategy, step-by-step tasks, SOPs and your numbers, sent straight to your inbox.
Most owners pay for leads every month and own nothing when they stop. What you build here keeps sending you business, because the relationships are yours.
So what's the catch?
There isn't one. The call is free. The Skool group is free. The app is free.
You leave the call with the plan, the messages and the routine, and they're yours to keep whether we ever speak again or not. If you want more help after that, you can ask. That's it.
Is this for you?
- You sell something worth referring: a service, a project, a program or a product.
- You'd rather pay a commission after a sale than pay for leads before one.
- You (or someone on your team) can send a few messages a week.
It's not for you if…
- You're looking for a list to blast.
- You want results without ever talking to a partner.
Questions
Do I need an audience or a big following?
No. That's the point. You borrow the trust your partners already built with their customers.
Does this work for a local business?
Yes. Local businesses often have the easiest partners: the trades, advisors and associations that already serve your customers down the street.
What about online businesses and software?
Same principle, different partners: integrations, agencies, newsletters, podcasts, communities and affiliates.
What do I pay partners?
A commission on closed deals. You choose the terms. The app shows the math for your business before you commit to anything.
How fast can I start?
This week. The kickstart plan covers your first 7 to 14 days, and the strategy covers your first 30.
